YAKIMA - FullSwing Hitch Mount Bike Rack, 4 Bike Capacity
We did a lot of searching for a good bike rack that would hold all of our bikes securely. We found this Yakima and it even has room to take a friend's bike along for the ride (in our case, at least!). Check this one out - the arm swings out to make loading and unloading easier. The rack locks securely. The bikes are held in place by the handlebars. There is a lock strap that goes through the bikes.
